Our values

The values of the Knowledge Management Company reflect its mission and strategy:

  • Trust
    Trust is a prerequisite for knowledge sharing. Not only within the Knowledge Management Company, but certainly between the employees of the company and their customers. It is not possible to create the client relationship necessary to fulfill our mission without the client trusting us to always act in their best interest, and without us trusting the client to be ready for changes needed to implement a knowledge management strategy.

  • Sharing
    We do not work with black boxes. Neither within the company, nor outside, we will never accept a status quo on the unequal division of knowledge. We will provide all of the information our customers and colleagues need to allow them to fully understand how we get to results. Our end goal is to increase the knowledge base of our customers and of our company.

  • Ownership
    We consider our customer's business to be ours. We share the joy when their business goes well, we feel encouraged to do better when their business needs to improve. Our employees own The Knowledge Management Company, not the other way around.

  • Partnership
    Working together as partners, we respect our customers and our colleagues for the skills and capabilities they have. We will not tolerate actions or behaviour that promote unhealthy competition or rivalry.
